Close your eyes take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw relax, and your body soften.
Imagine yourself standing on a beautiful, quiet beach. The sand is warm beneath your feet, and the sun gently warms your skin. The sky is a soft blue, and the ocean stretches out before you, endless and serene.
Walk toward the water. With each step, feel yourself letting go of any tension or worry. The waves roll in and out, their rhythm steady and soothing.
As you reach the water’s edge, step into the water, and let the waves wash over your feet and thighs. Go deeper and deeper into the ocean. Lie down and float. Feel the connection to the ocean and your breath. With each wave, imagine it washing away anything that no longer serves you— all the stress, anxiety, and heaviness. Purify yourself with every breath you take. Let your breath sync with the rhythm of the ocean. When you feel calm and centered step gently out of the water towards the shore.
Now, sit down on the sand. Watch the ocean as it sparkles under the sunlight. Listen to the sound of the waves—inhale as they rise, exhale as they fall.
Feel the vastness of the water and the sky. It reminds you that you, too, are vast—full of peace, love, and possibility.
When you’re ready, take one last deep breath of the salty fresh air. Thank the ocean for its calm and clarity.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Take one more deep breath in… and as you exhale, open your eyes.
